Working ’round the clock to get the amenities floor poured

The crew was working ’round the clock to get the amenities floor poured. When you have this amount of concrete on its way you cannot just take a break and come back tomorrow it all has to be poured that day. So a big shout out to the crew for braving bad weather, cold temps and working late on a Friday to get the job done!

Concrete slab on grade 2nd and 3rd floors being poured.

Concrete slab on grade. The crew is pouring the slab on grade parking floor and pouring the second level. The second level pour is for the restaurant and amenities levels.  Along with pouring the second floor, the crew is hard at work adding the shoring needed to pour the third level.

All quiet here at Uptown240 as we celebrate the holidays!

Happy Holidays from Uptown240! We are currently on our second pour for the underground parking structure, the concrete is poured in stages. The crew is still working hard during this holiday week and between holiday snowstorms! We are currently 50% sold but still have fantastic deals and views in the remaining units as well as all of our deed-restricted units for Summit County locals.

Uptown240 Condominiums Construction Update |Great view of our crane from the lake.

This photo was taken by lead broker Ned Walley from a great vantage point from Lake Dillon. Ned was out on Lake Dillon this past weekend and was able to take some great shots of our crance but more importantly, this really shows where our building will be in relation to the Dillon, CO. Without a doubt, all four floors would be visible from this vantage point and show what views the building will provide.
