THE BUILDING

Restaurant

Uptown 240 will introduce a new and exciting restaurant concept to the town replacing the original family restaurant, Adriano’s.  Join friends for apres’ or dinner at this conveniently located restaurant within walking distance of everything Dillon has to offer.

Elevated Wellness Center

For our resident’s convenience, Uptown 240 will provide an exclusive athletic center with sweeping views of Lake Dillon. Along with all other elements of the building, this wellness area will be furnished with state of the art equipment. Whether our residents are looking for a light run or a full body workout, it will be located conveniently within the building.

The Overlook

Exclusive to resident’s and their guests, this expansive deck will provide an unmatched, private view of Lake Dillon with the Ten Mile Range providing a dramatic backdrop. Residents will also enjoy full use of the grills, hot tub, fire pits, lounge chairs, and yoga area.

The Nest

Gather with friends and neighbors at The Nest – Uptown 240’s community alcove located just off of the Overlook. This area is sized for small, intimate gatherings as well as larger parties and is the perfect place to unwind after a mountain adventure.

ON-SITE-PARKING

Scraping your windows in a snowstorm and trudging a few blocks from your condo are two things we feel our residents should never experience. Uptown 240 happily provides %100 on-site, covered, gated, and heated parking inside of our building so you can bring the groceries and family home easily.

SOUND DAMPENING

We understand how important quiet naps can be after a long day of playing on the Ski hills. Uptown 240 is a concrete build with additional insulation and pads below each floor to ensure your unit is sufficiently private.

Uptown 240 is only a short walk from the bus which will take you to one of three world-class resorts in Keystone,  A-Basin, and  Breckenridge. Also, Uptown240 is only a 45-minute drive to Vail or Copper resorts as well.
